NullShield is operated by SelectWise Consulting Limited, registered in England and Wales. Company number and registered address available on request.

2. What We Collect

We collect the minimum data necessary to provide the service:

• Email address and name (account creation)
• URLs you submit for scanning (to perform the scan)
• Scan results and reports (to display in your dashboard)
• Payment information (processed by Stripe — we never see your card number)
• Usage data (to improve the service)

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to provide, maintain, and improve NullShield. We do not sell your data to third parties. Scan results are associated with your organisation and not shared with other users.

4. Data Retention

Scan results are retained according to your plan tier (30 days for Starter, 1 year for Professional, 3 years for Business). Stored credentials are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM and auto-purge on expiry.

5. Your Rights (GDPR)

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, delete, or export your data. Contact us at privacy@nullshield.org.
